On February 12, 2025, the second half of the 2024 Improvement Proposal Recognition Conference was successfully held. In the second half of the year, we received a total of 15,183 improvement proposals from employees. At the recognition conference, the company honored the winners of the Diamond Award, Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award, and the Most Number of Improved Proposals Award. Congratulations to the winners！

The Improvement Proposal Recognition Conference started with a speech by Chairman Tang, who emphasized that the market is highly competitive. To achieve progress, continuous improvement is essential. Improvement proposals are the source of a company's vitality and competitiveness. The company's improvement proposals have played an important role in improving machine processing efficiency, improving machine quality, and strengthening company management.

At the conference, Wu Junjun, an employee of the IT Promotion Office and the recipient of the Most Number of Improved Proposals Award, took the stage to share insights on how to identify improvement proposals in his daily work. He also expressed his gratitude to his colleagues for their assistance and support in implementing these proposals.

Jin Yi, an employee from the customer service department, and winner of the Diamond Award, shared the background and implementation process of the award.
