On 1 September 2022, the Company held the 8th New Graduate Induction Ceremony . A total of 114 graduates with Junior college degree or above participated in the ceremony, which was the largest number since the company was founded.

Mr. Li Zequn, Deputy General Manager of the Company, kicked off the ceremony with a speech expressing his warm welcome to the new graduates. He also gave a detailed introduction to the development and prospects of the machine tool industry and conveyed his high hopes for contributions from these new recruits.

In his speech, Yang Shilin, the representative of new employees in the Sales Technology Department, thanked the Company for its care and support and expressed on behalf of the newcomers' their hopes and dreams for the future. Gou Hujie, senior and representative of the Engineering Supervising Department, shared his experience and insights since joining the Company with the new comers as well as his expectations for them.

The Company welcomes all new graduates and hopes that they can assimilate into the 金年会 Tsugami family and become the mainstay of the Company as soon as possible.
