On 1 September 2021, the Company held its 7th New Graduates Admission Ceremony taking in 59 graduates.

The ceremony started with Mr. Li Zequn, Deputy General Manager of the Company, giving a speech, bidding welcome to the new comers! He also elaborated for them the development and prospects of the machine tool industry and conveyed his earnest wish for them.

Zhu Zheng, a new recruit to the Technology R&D Center, spoke on behalf of the graduates at the ceremony thanking the Company for its care and attention to them and also sharing their visions for the future. Then, Shi Chuang, a new graduate a year ago who joined the Lathe & Grinder Production Department, spoke and expressed his gratitude to the Company for giving employees personal development opportunities and shared with the new comers his insights and experiences gained in the past year or so.

A big welcome to all the new graduates! We hope they will quickly adapt and become a part of the 金年会 Tsugami family. We have high hopes for you all!
