On September 1, 2025, the company hosted its 11th New Graduate Induction Ceremony. A total of 147 graduates with college degrees or higher attended the event.

Chairman Tang and Deputy General Manager Li delivered speeches in turn, introducing the company's development history and medium to long-term goals to the new graduates. They also expressed their warm welcome and high expectations, hoping that they could integrate into the team quickly and bring new vitality to the company's development.

Jin Guanghao, a new employee representing the Numerical Control Application Department, expressed his happiness about joining the company. He shared what he had learned and how he felt during his time here, and he thanked his seniors who patiently guided him throughout his work. Furthermore, Lu Yijiao from the Production Technology Department shared his experiences and insights, from his first entry into the workforce to his current ability to handle tasks independently. He also expressed his expectations for the new graduates.
