Assessment and selection of outstanding improvement proposals worthy of awards in the first half of 2021 was completed in August. A total of 120 proposals received the Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards and 20 employees were awarded for making the most proposals.
By asking employees to submit improvement proposals, the Company has optimized product designs and workflow, effectively enhanced machine quality and raised processing efficiency of its machines.
The Group will spare no effort to offer machine tools of the highest cost-performance to customers.
